• Reinforced stainless steel fabricated wash enclosure 
• Reduce water consumption through recycled water tank base 
• Stainless steel fabricated trolley for supporting up to 5 colour pipes/squeegees 
• Inclusive of locking device and pipe connection arrangement to safety retain colour pipes during wash sequence
• Traveling mechanism retain spray tubes fitted with fan types water jets being fed from high pressure water pump
• Equipped with nylon brushes driven with motor geared unit for effective external cleaning of colour pipes
• Effective internal cleaning of colour pipes by water pumping system, effecting a recirculated water flushing cycle followed by a clean water wash cycle
• Traveling carriage running on special designed guide track arrangement supported within the wash enclosure and driven via a rack and pinion system from a variable speed motor gear driven unit
